I had a wonderful stay at Granbinario. The location was fantastic, right next to a Starbucks and close to the station. My room was spacious and modern, complete with a generous bathroom. The staff were really good and went out of their way to assist me, especially when I had rental car issues. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel has excellent nearby dining options.

Stayed for 1 night in this convenient place, truly enjoyed that. The queen room room included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV, we were happy about that. The food was good with good choice of options.

The noise from the trains was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep well. Plus, the water service was a joke—only two bottles on the first day and then just one after that, like we were begging for it. So frustrating!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Granbinario Tsuruga with my two-month-old. The hotel is conveniently located next to the station, making it easy to travel to Kyoto. The spacious room and large bathroom were perfect for our family, and the friendly staff were helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the Western-style option. the nearby landmarks, such as Hachiman Shrine and Mizushima for swimming, provided beautiful moments for family bonding. some initial pricing discrepancies and room setup issues were disconcerting, but overall, we had a relaxing experience.

The large, clean room was comfortable, and I loved the complimentary local beverages. The location was perfect, just beside the station. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

I had a decent stay here during my business trip! The location was super convenient, right next to the train station, making it easy to hop on a train to Kyoto. The room was modern and clean, and I loved the local beverages offered in the fridge. Plus, the staff were really friendly and helped with local tips!

The room was a bit cramped and the noise from the trains took some getting used to. I found the bottle water service puzzling; only two bottles on the first day and a ticket system afterward felt a bit stingy. Not a huge deal, but it did impact my overall experience!

I would recommend staying here and I would definitely book a room again.

The location here is convenient, as it is close to East Georgia Street and not very far from the city center.
